Badgers Yurt

Badger’s Yurt is our newest addition and is situated in an idyllic glade equidistant between Willow and Rother Yurts.  Badger’s started life as a 5m. dia. bell tent on a circular deck – and is now a fully-fledged 5.5m dia. yurt, with all the same amenities as our other spaces.  It was built in 2021.  Badger’s Yurt has plenty of private space and is reached by the second yurt entrance.  Its parking is tucked just within this second gate – so your car is about 100 m. away.  Sometimes Badger’s shares its privy with Rother and sometimes it shares the privy with Willow.  We’ll let you know which privy to share on the day you arrive.  And if you’ve booked with friends or family in Rother or Willow you can not only share their privy but also their bath.  Otherwise there’s the hot outdoor shower ahead of Rother for your use.

Badger’s now has its own safari kitchen and you can move your fire bowl under this covering – if the weather turns! And you have space to sunbathe – or even moonbathe!  It’s the closest yurt to the start of the walk to Durleighmarsh Farm Shop, Café – and Pick-your-own fruit and veg. (about an hour / 4km on foot – take a backpack for your produce!).
